[BIO] Stoppa, is a creative force that cultivates a unique sound that fuses hip hop, EDM and pop through his own production and lyrics. The Houston, TX native thanks his ability to craft diverse music to his influences, which range from Southern legends Chamillionaire and Pimp C to icons Michael Jackson and Prince. Stoppa partnered with the legendary DJ Smallz to premiere his latest work The YSL Project in June 2014, garnering attention from media outlets and artists across the globe. The title YSL is an abbreviation for “Young, Successful and Living”, the motto that drives his passion and he hopes inspires others to live their dream. Stoppa has found new ways to express his enthusiasm coining the term “YAYAOO” to represent the exchange of good energies and great vibes. Known for his energetic and interactive live performances, Stoppa has taken the stage all over the country including shows in Las Vegas and Chicago, SXSW, A3C, Hustlepalooza and the famous Mad Hatter’s Tea Party in San Antonio, TX.
